The initiation fee including the first month's membership fee is $22, each following month's membership fee is $5.

How do I sign up for full membership?

Set up a free account, log into your account, and click on "My Account" at the top right of your screen. On the My Account page, click on "Manage My Subscriptions" and afterward, click "Subscribe." This will take you to a paypal.com page, where you can securely make your payment. Paypal will inform us when the payment has been made and your account will be immediately upgraded to full membership.
